1. Step One: Locate the Form - You'll find the Visitor Form right here on our website. Look for a button or link that says 'Visitor Form' or 'New Visitor Information.' If you're attending our service in-person, our friendly volunteers will gladly assist you in finding the form.
2. Step Two: Fill in Your Information - The form asks for basic contact information such as your name, phone number, and email address. It also gives you the opportunity to share a little about yourself and your spiritual journey.
3. Step Three: Share Your Needs - Are there specific areas in your life that need prayer? Or are there questions you have about our ministry or faith? The Visitor Form is a safe space to share these.
4. Step Four: Submit the Form - After you've filled out all the sections, simply submit the form. It's as easy as that! Rest assured, your information will be kept confidential and only used to serve you better.
